Terms of Sales

1. are subject to these General Conditions which prevail over all other conventions and in particular on any purchase conditions, unless the seller's prior, formal and express exemption. These general conditions of sale are available on the websites of the seller www.coreeshop.fr ("CGV" section) and on request issued by phone, e-mail or mail. It is up to each buyer to read them before placing an order, by consulting them on the available supports.
These general conditions of sale (hereinafter "CGV") govern our online sales to all traders or professionals (legal or natural person), non-professional or consumer (natural person).
They do not govern sales made in Coree SARL stores. Certain provisions of these GTCs, however, apply to professionals and others exclusively to non-professional or only consumers.
The fact of placing an order, whatever the mode of placing, implies the complete and unreserved acceptance of the buyer to our GTC, to the exclusion of all other documents such as prospectus, catalogs issued by the seller and which n 'have only indicative value, except prior written derogation agreed between the seller and the buyer. Our GTC prevail on any other particular condition of the merchant or professional buyer, in particular on his general conditions of purchase.
The seller reserves the right to modify these GTCs at any time. The GTC applicable to an order or a sale are those in force when placing the order by the buyer on our website. The fact for the seller not to claim in any circumstance of any provision of these GTCs cannot be considered as a waiver of him to take advantage of the said provision later.
